Jack is an actor who's lost for words. Now he's also lost his leading lady – and the way things are going, he's also losing the plot and he feels he might be on the verge of losing his mind too. Things start off well enough until it's clear that Jack's other actor has not turned up. His attempt to keep the play going soon gets too much for one member of the audience who begins remonstrating with him then gets sucked into appearing in the play herself...
Things go reasonably well for a while, but then as the script becomes more imbecilic and it emerges that Jack himself is the author, the woman can take no more. She comes up with a plan to save the evening and goes off to change leaving Jack to do a couple of minutes of stand up comedy before she returns as Lady Bracknell. It is all too much for Jack but, just as he is about to give up, his missing actress turns up and we are back to the beginning

Do we need a Licence To Perform?
The simple answer is, yes.
Under the international laws of copyright, you must be in possession of a valid, unexpired licence before performing any piece of theatre unless the owner or managers of the copyright has waived their rights.
