Rich is a budding young writer from Ipswich, Suffolk with over 18 years experience as a performer, producer and director in both amateur and professional theatre. He has also worked in both film and radio.

Rich started writing scripts following his involvement with various amateur groups and noticing that at Christmas time there wasn’t a great deal of new panto’s for audiences to enjoy he set about writing his own original scripts for local theatre companies. A theatre friend mentioned “maybe you should look to publish” and the rest is history. Rich never intended to be a ‘writer’. He tends to write for comic value and his scripts are packed full of more jokes, innuendo, one-liners, slapstick and word play than you can shake the proverbial stick at.

His shows all follow the usual pantomime convention, but the stories are original and modern. The writing style, characters and story lines in Rich’s scripts are written with the audience’s enjoyment, and more importantly their laughter in mind on every page.
